CREATE PERFECT IS RECOGNISED BY DRAGON THEO PAPHITIS

We were delighted earlier this year to receive a business boost from Retail Entrepreneur Theo

Paphitis. We tweeted Theo about Create Perfect during ‘Small Business Sunday’ and was chosen to gain a retweet by Theo himself. It was retweeted to his 500,000 Twitter followers and had an instant effect. We gained a lovely new group of friends as well as invaluable business support and advice.

This fabulous initiative, set up by Theo in 2010, now has 1700 #SBS winners and supports small businesses across the UK. Business and retail entrepreneur and self-confessed Shopkeeper, Theo re-tweeted our message to his almost 500,000 followers and as a result, we doubled our twitter following and received many more enquiries regarding our interior design services. We are also now profiled on the #SBS website (www.theopaphitissbs.com) that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.

We’ve have not been in business a year yet and to have already been a finalist at Grand Designs Live in March, asked to create a room set for The Ideal Home Show at Christmas (Sponsered by Good Home Magazine) and now to be an #SBS winner - chosen by someone of such high caliber in business, it has just been an amazing start to Create Perfect. It is great to have the support from Theo because it’s hard trying to raise our profile and Theo has recognised all our hard work we put in and the commitment we have to our customers.

After winning our place in the #SBS family, Small business champion and Ryman Stationery and Robert Dyas Chairman, Theo Paphitis, said: “We are thrilled to welcome new #SBS members and highlight just how important it is to support our small businesses here in the UK. My vision is that everyone who has won an #SBS re-tweet from me becomes part of a friendly club of like-minded individuals who can share successes and learnings. The website and Shop #SBS will also give a valuable profile to the winners chosen and I wish Create Perfect every success.”

At the #SBS winners event last week we were given inspirational and practical business advice from not only Theo Paphitis but heard encouraging words of wisdom from business expert and fellow dragon Deborah Meaden and lifelong businessman John Mills. The event was great for networking and meeting my fellow small business owners as well as learning something about every almost every area of business from the inspiration stories of other business owners to stationary and legal advice from Theo’s wide range of companies in his portfolio.

Whilst we are currently undergoing exciting renovations projects in the Cotswolds and

Buckinghamshire, we work across the UK helping individuals and small businesses to create the perfect spaces for them. We are thankful to Theo and everyone who has supported us in this exciting first year and as it comes to a close of our first year in business we look forward to what the future holds.
