I’m always inspired by homes on Air BnB. There is such a huge selection to choose from around the world. Each with their own unique features. These artist’s homes are all available to rent on Air BnB. The interiors are an extension of the artists' craft with clever colour palettes and collections of objets d’art creating fabulous interiors.
Holly House
This light, bright and airy artist's home belongs to artist Jessica Zoob whose beautiful abstract landscape paintings can be seen on the walls around the house.
The 3 bedroom home used to double as the artist's home and studio but is now exclusively used as a holiday rental property on Air BnB. The house is in the East Sussex town of Lewes, famed for it's antiques and bric-a-brac markets.
The neutral white colour scheme is perfectly balanced with furniture and homewares featuring shades of nature from the paintings.

The Play House
Situated on the outskirts of Bath, The Playhouse is a quirky family home which has been hand painted by artist owner Adam Calkin.
Adam is a renowned artist, specialising in decorative painting who has travelled the world decorating homes with elaborate murals, painted furniture and wallpaper. The artist's home has been hand painted throughout.
Furniture, walls and floors have all been painted with beautiful decorative finishes.
Every room is adorned with art and colour comes from richly decorative textiles. Sitting alongside an eclectic mix of antique furniture this creates a truly individual home.
Camden Townhouse
Tessa describes her decorating style as theatrical, opulent, colourful and Full of Character. She loves to use strong colour on walls and then cover them with pictures, prints, maps or fabrics such as Chinese kimonos. "I love Frieda Kahlo's use of colour in her home, and, in what she wore."
Many of the items are heirlooms from grandparents who travelled the world and also lived in Hong Kong. Other sources include car boot sales and vintage markets. This is a collector's home.
"I have pictures on the floor, objects hanging from the ceiling, antique books piled high on the floor. I use every available space to show my collections of curiosities. Every object tells a story."
Krakow apartment
You'll have to travel a bit further afield to stay in this apartment but I think you'll agree it is worth the journey. From the outside a classic grand city apartment located in the Kazimierz Jewish Quarter. On the inside rustic bohemian design perfection.
The modern interior of the apartment has been stripped away and replaced with a clever mixture of antique furniture, reclaimed fixtures and fittings and specially commissioned furniture in a riot of bright colour.
Beautiful parquet floors hint at the classic grand origins of the building. Whilst walls feature murals murals by young Polish artist Arek Twardowsk.
The stylish apartment is regularly used for magazine and fashion shoots.
